Dear PRR_raised,
Welcome to the forums!

I really have not been in three rail O long enough to answer your question competently. However, might I suggest that you bring this matter up on the Classic Toy Trains forum, where you would probably get more help.

Sincerely,
Daniel

plasticville,usa buildings

I have an opertunity to buy 3 vintage Plasticville,USA buildings. One is a Cuhrch, still in the origional box (box is in fair shape) . I have seen it assembled, there are 2 corner pieces broken off,one is missing, the other is in the box, otherwise it is in very good shape. The second is a GreenHouse,I'm not sure if it is a Plasticville or not,it is also in good shape,no box ,and is missing one of the doors. The third is a Motel, again not sure of the manufactor,it has no roof but is in good shape otherwise. All three are scaled to 0and S gauge. My question is what would be a fair value for these items[?]
