Winter 2007, in Fallen Flags, has an excellent piece on the Newfy system.  I was standing next to George Wise when he took the photo on page 18, during the 1967 tour to Newfoundland by the Chicago Railroad Club (Maurie Kleibolt).   Use the regular train, but with a business car on the rear for the club's use.  Have had digitized about 15 slides and will gladly attach them to replies to anyone emailing me at [e-mail]     I will NOT use the messages received for any other purpose. only to oprovide the pictures.   The dibgitization was not the very finest quality and the slides were not meticulously cleaned after some 40 years, but they are useful it knowing more about the railroad and the island.
