What kind of machinery etc. did usually come with MoW work? Thinking mostly of these four railroads, CMStP&P, GN, NP and SP, which run through high mountains with severe winter conditions. I'm sure that N&W, D&H, RDG, LV, WM, NYNH&H and GM&O had some similar equipment to battle tracks, signals, you name it. But what about when the winter hits you straight in the face, what seperate the first four mountain railroads with the other six?
Also, found this one of a Milwaukee Road ELECTRIC rotary, how common were these??
