Abusive language in posts

  • Trains Magazine continues to run verbally abusive posts in reaction to its news columns. Many of the posts are from the same people, day after day. Recent posts reacting to news about Portland's light rail are a prime example. One post combined attacks on politics and intellectuals; another was obviously aimed at the reader's perception of the mayor's sexual orientation. It makes your magazine look like an outlet for conservative rants, not a magazine about transportation. People have a right to their opinion, but reading abusive posts like this from the same few folks, day after day, is disgusting.
