Marias Pass 3.1

I tried to install MP 3.1 but I am getting an error message 'unable to locate file Marias31/shape/telepole.s Does anyone have any remedies?

There have been 3 fixes posted to train-sim for MP 3.1 in the last week or tow. If you do not follow the install directions exactly, you will get error messages.
