I just bought the 1033 for my o-gauge Scout. I have it connected to the o 27 track. The train barely responds to turning up the power. It buzzes and barely moves... when I mess around with the whistle / direction control it will move a little. Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. When I go back to my older controller the train works just fine.
