Trackside with Erik and Mike, Vol. 49: April 10, 2006

  • As always I liked both pictures, but for me, I just liked Mike's better this week
  • I voted for the photo from Indiana, because no one seems to think that Indiana is photogenic.
    Mike (2-8-2)
  • Great shots again folks. Mike's took the vote this time. It looks a pretty standard shot but the s-curve adds interest.

If Erik had have got that 2nd train closer in frame it may have swayed my choice. I understand of course that time was probably against you.

  • I liked Mikes.

I liked the "bendiness". It showed the train too be long, but unknowing of how long, along with disappearring around the bend.

  • That was a hell of a great shot Erik.
  • I am so glad that Mike's shot got the victory. I love the NS lead over the BNSF "toaster."
Great job to you Mike. GO NS!!!!!!!!!!
