Newly weathered coal hoppers have gathered in Terminal Yard to await motive power and transfer to Hudson Coal for loading. Weathering achieved by misting rattle can red primer and flat black. Coal hoppers are from various manufacturers. Most have been stripped, repainted and decaled.
