Need book info

I am looking for a book which contained plans for scratchbuilding various structures. Most of them were fairly simple items but one of them contained plans for duplicating John Allen's 2 stall engine house. I am fairly certain it was published by Carstens but is apparently out of print now since they don't list it on their website. I thought I might be able to locate it on ebay or some other website but I need to know the title so I know what I am searching for. The name of the author would help as well. If anyone has this information I would appreciate it.
