Grew up in Chicago Illinois, graduate University of Illinois at Chicago. Commission a 2LT US ARMY. Served 13 years on active duty and 12 years in the Reserves. I Retired from the Army 1999. Retired from the State of Maryland 2012, moved and purchased a home near Gettysburg Pennsylvania.
