GN Fuel Tender-1

Had an old worn Diamond Chemicals tank car- possibly Mantua 1960s vintage with metal Talgo trucks.
Created the idea of a late 1950s experiment by GN with over-the-road tank car fuel tenders for their
long distance western passenger and freight routes. Of course, an Empire Builder scheme would look
better than a plain tank car!
