But the best training will not prevent human errors. There are other factors.</p> <p>In the early 20th century American railroads new that and developed the first ATS safety systems. While German railways continued development to the present and are developing for the future. American railroads forgot about it with the demise of passenger trains, until PTC hit.<br />Regards, Volker</p>
