When he said he mistook the signal at MP19.8 for one that was at best between MP17 and MP18 it should be clear to everyone that he didn't see MP19. At least it seemed to be clear to NTSB. If he had seen the MP19 he couldn't have mistaken the MP19.8 signal for one between MP17 and MP18.</p> <p>Why all the ifs? He clearly didn't see MP19.<br />Regards, Volker</p>
