[/quote]</p> <p>BNSF and UP are key players in the logistics chain to, from, and within Texas. They matter. Apparently they had a good business case for scheduling the work for July and August. Amtrak's trains are fringe elements for passenger travel to, from, and within Texas. They could go away tomorrow afternoon, and it would be hardly noticed.</p>
