Will Keystone Service ever expand to Reading or Scranton?

With the Amtraks Keystone as popular as it is, is there any talk of expanding electrified service to Reading or Scranton? Either as a separate leg or as a circular route.

Scranton may eventually see electrified NJT service with the Lackawanna Cutoff rebuilding, but anything else is unlikely.

Not too many years ago there was some forward movement on commuter/corridor service between Reading and Philly. This would have meant buying or sharing space on Norfolk Southern's former Reading line since the former PRR was abandoned by Penn Central. NS was not too keen on sharing their busy line and proposed rebuilding the former PRR low-grade freight line between Safe Harbor and Parkesburg.

PA DOT has a 2035 Rail Plan that talks about a Harrisburg-Reading-Allentown-Bethlehem-New York passenger corridor.
