Mr. Milenkovic, Thanks for your excellent explanation and references.  My brother is an electrical engineer. I have great respect for engineers.  Most of the engineers that I have known have made the world a better place to live.  Most importantly, however, they take ownership of what they design and the outcomes. If things don't work out, they fix it. If I were a young person today, I would enroll in the civil engineering program with a railroad option at the Altoona campus of Penn State. I'll read the articles.  Pop quizzes, however, are off my plate. Too old for that stuff anymore.
