I'm planning a westbound trip on the Cardinal from Washington to Chicago. I notice that the dining equipment is lised as a diner-lounge with menus for both a full dining menu and a cafe. Do they offer both menus or just one? I'm confused on this issue. I've eaten of the Coast Starlight and was well pleased and was wondering if the Cardinal will be the same. Anyone have any experience on this train?
The dining car menu for the Cardinal can be found on Amtrak's webpage:

http://www.amtrak.com/servlet/ContentServer?c=Page&pagename=am%2FLayout&cid=1241305537990

If this link does not work, go to www.Amtrak.com and click on meals and dining. Then click on Meal Choices and Menus at a Glance.
