<p>Lower Manhattan? Do you mean the WTC, or Fulton St? I don't think it would work though. With the size of the centers the MTA is planning, a large scale station might not be possible, especially under the WTC. And what with the financial distric and tourist attractions being where they are, a large scale station would be necessary...</p>
