Using goats seems to be a reasoanble way to create firebreaks. While clearing the ROW of brush may not stop the advance of a major fire, it will reduce the damage to track ad structures.

There is a petroleum products terminal on the Sanitary & Ship Canal that has a similar arrangement.

The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul
