Are they transportation planners? Have you ever been to Austin? If the answer is yes, when? </p> <p>It has nothing to do with my position. Capital Metro planners have decided that BRT is the best solution for the planned application. San Antonio has decided that buses, including BRT, are the best solution for its current needs, although they may opt for light rail 20 to 30 years from now. </p>
