That wont slow them down in NYC. Not with those 2000 dollar a month apartments.Dont worry, they have raised Tolls over the years at the Bridges and Tunnels. That is where the traffic is around NYC.They can ban all the vehicles they want to, empty Long Island and STILL have jams.And when the day is over the truckers take over running into the markets. But that is a story for another time.
