I am at a loss as to why the UP invested approximately $2M in a locomotive painted in honor of G H W Bush and then not use it like all their other $2M locomotives in revenue service and then donate it to the Bush library without it having performed any where near the work one would have expected of a $2M locomotive investment.
Why didn't they honor G W Bush - President #43 in the same manner?
