When delivered they had their horns on the long hood to make them better bearable for the crew. Then someday the F59PH received two a/c units on top of the cab shielding part of the forward moving sound. I think the horns were moved forward and placed in front of the a/c units to be heard good enough at the road crossing. Just my opinion. Regards, Volker
