NJ Transit does a pretty good job of maintaining their heritage stations, at least the ones they own and are still active.  Of course, the ones lost are lost forever, not necessarily NJT's fault either.

It's good to see an agency that's putting a good effort in maintaining such a gem of a station.

The daily commute is part of everyday life but I get two rides a day out of it. Paul

Because it's a little "General Discussion," a little "Steam and Preservation," a little "Transit" and a little "Passenger."

So, since they're keeping the station alive and in good repair I'm putting it under "Steam and Preservation."  Here's a "Paramus Patch" article about NJ Transit's (former Erie) station in Mahwah NJ.
