<p>The rivers are just as dirty (if not more so) today as they were 160 years ago.</p> <p>We just don't notice it because of the often overlooked purification plant. Thank goodness for that!</p> <p>Things sure have changed, St. Louis now has some of the purest drinking water in the country!</p>
