Cincinnati Trackside Guide is great source of info. Great article! Wi***o point out one minor error: <br /> <br />Cincinnati voters did NOT in March 2002, as reported in the article, nix - for the third year in a row - a proposed light rail line. In fact, on August 20, 2002 a decision was reached by the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Agency (SORTA)to place a light rail funding proposal before Cincinnati voters for the first time (in November, 2002). Believe what the author was actually making reference to was the fact that <br />Cincinnati was removed from Federal transit funding list for three years in a row because there was no funding mechanism in place for local funding. The jury is still out as to whether Cincinnati voters (actually, Hamilton County voters) will approve a sales tax increase for light rail. <br /> <br />Joe Warkany
