Not too long ago CSX signal crews replaced the old signal which were target signals and replaced them with new ones at CP90 on the Conrail riverline... when i was railfaning there i saw that the two signals were lit and the signal for the main was also lit.. (the dwarf back in the Conrail days was the only signal lit) is this a sign of change for Kingston Siding? (I'm kind of new of this change and will take some time to get used to...)[?][:O][%-)]
