NMB inaugurates online Knowledge Store
(The National Mediation Board issued the following news release on July 5.)

WASHINGTON -- The National Mediation Board is pleased to announce the inauguration of a new public information service: The NMB Knowledge Store.

The NMB Knowledge Store was activated this morning, July 5, 2005, with an archive of over 40,000 NRAB arbitration records. The Knowledge Store will be expanded on an ongoing basis, eventually creating a full archive of arbitration awards from the inception of arbitration under the Railway Labor Act (1934), and a full archive of other public information generated by the NMB. When the Knowledge Store is complete, it will contain a searchable archive including NMB Representation Determinations, PEB Reports, NMB Annual Reports, Airline and Railroad labor contracts, and Airline and Railroad union constitutions and by-laws.

The NMB Knowledge Store is accessible from the NMB web site (www.nmb.gov) under the "Documents and Forms" button on the main web site page.

Wednesday, July 06, 2005
