Im doing research on the small rail line that was used top build the Butt Valley Reservoir Dam. Back in 1997, a small Porter Locomotive was discovered when the lake was drained. Im searching for any information about this project. The site is just south of Lake Almanor, which runs right along the High Line. <br />The site is also in Plumas Co. <br />
