According to STB filings by the Central New York Railroad Corp, it has reached agreement to lease the Southern Tier Line (former Erie main) from just east of Binghamton (MP213.0) to Port Jervis (MP89.9) from the Norfolk Southern. NS retains trackage rights. NYS&W also retains trackage rights over the line.
