Well tonight I saw a surprise,....at the tail end of a NS mixed freight, eastbound on the old Wabash, was a beat to death Amtrak car named "Southern Belle". It looked ghostly with soot, broken and missing windows, completely dark. <br /> <br />Anybody know what's up with this?
