On 9/23/01 from about 4:08 to 4:17 PM Central Time there was a long procession of UP speeders and track equipment heading through the Rochelle WebCam site. They were moving in the direction of Clinton, IA on the camera. I watched for over 10 minutes, and there seemed to be over 50 pieces of equipment that went by. Can anyone tell me where they were headed and what they are going to do there?
