Hello everyoneThis post is to inform everyone that my "railfan tourism survey" will be going off line at the end of the month so if you would like to fill it out before it goes off line feel free to do so by clicking on link below My name is Kyle Stefanovic and I am a fourth year student at Lakehead University. I am conducting research for my honors thesis under the direction of Dr. Rhonda Koster for the School of Outdoor Recreation Parks and Tourism. The purpose of my research is to get a demographic profile of "railfans" as well as to understand the economic impact railfans can have on a local economy. Currently this information is not known and therefore it may be beneficial to various communities. To obtain this information I am asking you to voluntarily complete the attached survey. You may withdraw from the survey at anytime and for any reason. By completing the survey you are agreeing to participate in my research. You will remain anonymous and all information that will be gathered will be kept confidential and will be stored in a secure cabinet for 7 years as per University policy.
