<p>I heard that BNSF is planning on building another massive intermodal/Logistics facility in wilmington Illinois. Is this rumor true? I dont understand if it is because they not to long ago built a new intermodal yard just down the road from where this one is proposed.  Thanks, Dillon Harrison</p>
