Does anyone know what the Brooklyn Cental RR was?
There are two old passenger cars in the old Brooklyn Army terminal lettered for the BCRR.
I've never heard of it before.

Never was no such animal! Sounds to me like some cars painted up for a movie or television show. Real railroads do not like their names on equipment involved in accidents or criminal activities. I grew up on Long Island and photographed such Brooklyn railroads as the BEDT, NY Dock, Jay St. Connecting, and South Brooklyn, as well as the LIRR.

GREGG,
I WENT RIGHT TO MY BEST SOURCE. DO YOU KNOW OF BOB DIAMOND? FOUNDER OF THE ATLANTIC AVE TUNNEL. HE PAINTED THOSE CARS AS HIS FIRST RESTORATION PROJECT. THEY ARE OLD LIRR BAR AND GENERATOR CARS.
I THINK HIS FUNDS RAN OUT AND THEY ARE JUST SITTING THERE, TOTALLY LOCKED INTO THE BUILDING.
