I JOIND A HOCKEY BOARD AND THE PERSON THAT HAD MY NEW IP ADDRESS WAS BANED AT THAT BOARD . EVERY TIME I TRYED TO POST IT TOLD ME I WAS BANNED SO I HAD TO EMAIL THE MOD AND EXPLAIN THAT I WAS NEW THERE AND NOT THE BANNED PRISON SO THAT I COULD POST. LOL
