CSX new colors

I definatly agree with simple schemes. About the flashiest scheme that I liked was Chessie system's. I grew up near the Clinchfield in TN and seeing those big black diesels kinda ingrained into me that that was what railroading looked like. Thats also the same reason that I like NS. The black diesels. The new CSX paint looks good. Color reminds me of the C&O. Of the past CSX schemes I also liked the one where the top half of the cab and the top of the long hood were painted blue. Least favorite was the all gray "stealth" paint. I used to go out to photograph them in the summer when the haze and humidity were high and it would make them lokk even worse. So I was glad when the yellow noses started showing up. What I miss is the old Family Lines, Seaboad Sys., and Chessie paint that dominated a lot of my early pictures.
