Rairoad food and Harvey House

I'm looking for a back issue of TRAINS that had an article about railroad food and someone fixing up an old Harvey House Restaurant in Gallop, NM (I think).  Does anyone know which issue it may be? I believe it had a BNSF engine on the cover...
