Best Railroad Museums

PRR Museum and Strasburg Railroad in October is hard to beat. This old Vermonter and Okie spouse surprised by two Rutland box cars and a Central Vermont boxcar at Strasburg!

PRR Museum staff member personaly took me through the yard to view ALL the rolling stock and pointed out all the special stuff (horse transport, VIA Observation car, "Old Rivits",etc.)

A wonderful experience and we WILL go back!Smile [:)]

Lets consider this thread dead.
