The comment at the end of the decision by the STB's Vice Chairman said it all, that this process has taken too long and cost too much. Here in New Ulm there are a lot of people with a vested interest in this project (rock suppliers, construction co's, etc...) that are just waiting to get started. Personally, I'm waiting for the gambler's trains to run to Deadwood and back on weekends. I know that will be a while, but it's fun hoping... Tom Edwards
