I am going to be in Boston for spring break with my family, does anyone know of good train watching locations?

When I was at school at Northeastern, I was able to do a little railfanning around the campus which had the Green Line, Orange Line, Amtrak and MBTA cutting across the campus. Although I'm not sure of the security policies now a days, I occationally spent some time shooting pics at Ruggles commuter rail station. Another fun place to take photos was at South Station. From a freight rail stand point, there is much action in Boston.
