Who bought St. Marys Railroad

G'day, Y'all:
I haven't been able to get to my LHS lately to buy Trains mag. I heard that one recent edition had a a piece about the sale of the St. Marys Railroad. Can anyone tell me who bought it. I need to tell a business reporter for the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Also which issue. Maybe I can find it.
