You weren't leaving to me to decide when you made your earlier  assessment, why the back peddling now? I'll tell you what I think. You are letting your personal preferences cloud your objectivity. You want the RR to succeed, therefore you predetermine that all arguments against it, are by their own nature, wrong. I think that CSX should hire this Schiffer (sp?) guy and put him in charge of cosmetic painting. With the way he rubs people the wrong way, it would be no time at all before the cities of Covington and Hendersonville would be rallying to forbid CSX the opportunity to paint a bridge in THEIR town. [;)]
