An accusation I stand unwaveringly in support of. Negligence would come into play if the stockholders eventually end up having to pay to fix the accelerated deterioration resulting  from the neglect. But the guilty parties will all be cashed out and dead before that ever comes to the fore. in the mean time, those unlucky enough to have CSX's neglect affecting their property values are the ones being taken advantage of
