[/quote] Come to Colorado and we'll take a little hike up Mt. Elbert to 14,433 feet above MSL. Only place higher in the lower 48 is over by Chad on Mt. Whitney (14,495 if I remember right). I would recommend leaving the cigars and cigarettes behind as there'll be less than 60% of the oxygen available at sea level.
