I appreciate your help, thanks.[/quote] Chuck, try this: Select "quote" instead of "reply" on the right hand side of this message's header It should bring up a window similar to the following: [img]http://img136.imageshack.us/img136/7200/upchuckzf2.jpg[/img] The red arrow in the above drawing points directly to the 'globe and chain' link making control button. You should be able to find one in yours too, but be sure to select 'quote' not "reply"  the tool bar is only shown if you select 'quote' (don't ask me why. that makes no sense at all, but that is the way it is) OK?  lemme know
