Michael Crichton's 1979 adaption is on TCM tonight (Friday 1/5) at 7pm CST.  Michael Crichton directed this adaptation of his novel chronicling the first robbery of a moving train in 1855.

Good show, and done fairly closely to the script (probably because Chrichton was very involved with the making of the movie). If you like it, though, I would recommend getting the book and reading it. Probably one of his more unknown books (as opposed to, say, Jurassic Park), but great none the less.

I liked the movie. Sean Connery was on top of the train not a stuntman.
