Milwaukee Road depot, Oconomowoc, WI is now Main Street Restaurant. Train decor, good food, Restored 1890 car outside, and the freights still roar by at 60 per.
C&NW depot, Waukesha WI is now La Estacion, Mexican restaurant. Five cars on the spur outside, WSOR has a train each way each day.
MILW depot, Waukesha is a parking lot :( In some spots you can still see the alignment.
MILW depot, Whitewater, local musuem. Featured in MR a few months ago.

The Lackawanna Station, now a hotel, in Scranton, Pa. is a pretty neat place.

Union Station on West Broad Street in Richmond, VA, now the Science Museum of Virginia. Built in 1917 by famous architect John Russell Pope and used by several Southern railroads (and Amtrak) until 1976.

Joe was right on track with the old Union Station in Indy. It used to be much cooler than it currently is but they are still working hard to maintain it.
I also likethe old Union(I think) Station in downtown St.Louis. Even though it has been overrun by baby Gap and Aeropostale you can still feel the old nostalgia factor in the air.
