Does anyone know how the whole hiring process works for the BNSF and what tests you have take?

You could always try this test and see how you get on, quite a few Railroads are using it know.

If you can reach level 4, any Railroad will take you on Wink [;)]

It is an eye to hand co-ordination test and is not easy

It depends on what job you are appling for,there is an entry exam then a physical,the physical are different for union jobs and non-union jobs,there is an extensive background invetigation a drug screening and if you pass all of them and you are appling for a job where there are big shortages you will probably get hired...You can apply online with BNSF and they will call you for an interview /test and it goes from there...I hope this hepls..Good luck,Danny
