Evidence was pretty sketchy.  Horns blowing late at night, signs of rust lifted from the rail, cars on a siding one day and gone the next...

If it weren't for a just by chance access to extremely advanced image enhancement equipment being used by an agency so secret that only the 247,000 government employees working there know it exists, only a small part of a  "W" would be visable on the picture.
